Our Subsidy Programs
Our subsidy programs are made possible through the generosity of donors, grants, and compassionate animal lovers who believe in our mission.

Payton’s Bully Fund
When Payton saw how many pit bulls filled the kennels at her local shelter, she decided to take action. Every year, she asks for donations in place of birthday and Christmas gifts to help more dogs in need. Today, Payton’s Bully Fund makes it possible to spay or neuter a bully breed for only $35, changing lives one dog at a time.
Veteran’s Fund
Veterans pay just $15 for cats and $35 for dogs to have their pets fixed. The Veterans Fund, supported by generous donors, covers the rest. Thank you to our veterans for your service—and to our community for making this program possible.
Stray cat Fund
The Stray Cat Fund operates entirely on donations from those who believe every cat’s life is equally precious—whether they live in a home or on the streets. This fund helps cover spay and neuter surgeries and other essential medical care for stray cats and the compassionate people who care for them. Because no feline should ever be forgotten.
Chihuahua Fund
The Chihuahua Fund was created to help chihuahuas and the people who love them. Thanks to the generosity of a wonderful, Chihuahua-loving family, this fund helps low-income pet owners receive essential veterinary care — from affordable spay/neuter services to critical medical treatments.
Compassionate Care Fund
The Compassionate Care Fund is here to offer compassion to pets in need. This fund is possible because of several kind supporters.
