A $7,500 grant from the national nonprofit Petco Love!
Spay Arkansas is set to receive a grant investment of $7,500 from the national nonprofit Petco Love! Petco Love is a national nonprofit leading change for pets by harnessing the power of love to make communities and pet families closer, stronger, and healthier. Since its founding in 1999, Petco Love has invested nearly $433 million in adoption and other lifesaving efforts. And Petco Love helps find loving homes for pets in partnership with Petco and more than 4,000 organizations — like ours — across North America, with more than 7.1 million pets adopted and counting. The investment in Spay Arkansas is part of more than $1.2M in grants recently announced by Petco Love for nearly 200 spay/neuter clinics and other low-cost veterinary care providers to help increase access to veterinary care for pets in their communities. The lifesaving investments are also being granted to reduce economic euthanasia, and the surrender of pets to shelters when families are not able to afford needed veterinary treatment.

Partnership
Groundbreaking
Exciting Announcement!**
We are thrilled to announce our partnership with the Humane Society for Animals for the groundbreaking of a new clinic in Rogers! Join us on Monday, April 13, at 10 AM to celebrate this important step toward enhancing animal welfare in our community.
Why This Partnership?
Over the years, we've faced significant challenges at our current location, including:
- Traffic congestion that backs up onto the highway, making it difficult for clients to access our services.
- A parking lot that is too small to accommodate the growing number of pets and their owners seeking spay and neuter services.
- The need for a larger facility to meet the demand and provide the quality of care our furry friends deserve.
By partnering with the Humane Society for Animals, we are taking a crucial step to overcome these obstacles and expand our capacity to help more animals in need.
They've always wanted to expand and build a clinic, and we are experienced at high-volumue spay & neuter. It's a perfect match. Plus to top it off, the City of Rogers is funding free spay & neuter surgery for its residents.
What to Expect:
- Spay Arkansas will oversee operations at the new clinic, leveraging our expertise in high-volume spay and neuter and wellness clinics. The clinic will still be called Spay Arkansas.
- We will provide equipment, anesthesia machines, and a fully trained staff to ensure the highest quality of care.
While the clinic’s initial marketing materials feature the Humane Society for Animals, it’s important to clarify that Spay Arkansas will be the driving force behind operations. Our goal is to work together to improve the lives of animals in Rogers and beyond. We will not abandon our Washington County clients. We are in the works of creating a plan to ensure everyone in NWA has access to affordable spay/neuter services.
Thank you for your continued support as we embark on this exciting journey!
Location: 405 E Nursery Rd, Rogers
Time: April 13, 10 AM
